1. Returns Policy

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of most of our products, returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • The personalization is incorrect due to our error

Note: Minor color variations or slight design differences may occur due to screen settings or hand-finishing. These are not considered defects.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging
  • Be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photo/video proof of the issue for verification

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

  • We are unable to replace the defective or incorrect product
  • The product is out of stock or undeliverable
  • The order was canceled before customization began

Refund Method:

Approved refunds will be issued via the original method of payment or as store credit, based on your preference.

Refund Processing Time: 7–10 business days


4. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Personalized/customized products with correct details
  • Gift cards or e-vouchers
  • Products returned without prior communication and approval
  • Orders where incorrect personalization was provided by the customer

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided customization has not started.
  • After this time, cancellations may not be possible due to the nature of our products.

7. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is approved due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
